Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging.
• You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built computers or specially configured items.
• Software or items with broken seals.
• Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

2. After approval, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package or return it to the store.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with the details and proof of damage.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
