Eligibility for Returns

- You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-built computers or specially configured items.
- Software or items with broken seals.
- Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with the details and proof of damage.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.
